You can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Please note, for hygiene reasons, lingerie are non-returnable, as well as personalized or engraved items.

At Sixsto, we offer a generous 30-day return period, giving you plenty of time to decide. You can return your package without any reason, starting from the day you receive it. Just make sure to send it back to us within those 30 days.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns outside of our return period due to seasonal collections. But with our generous 30-day return policy, you’ll have plenty of time to find the perfect pieces for your wardrobe
